In reply to: [Backend Payments for WooCommerce] Stripe Transaction Amount in Order NotesHey @jensw0rdpress. The order note you mentioned was not added by this plugin. The order note added by this plugin does include the charge amount. This plugin also adds a list of payments in a Payments meta box at the bottom of the Edit order screen. Does the interface you are using to process payments match the interface shown in these screenshots?

In reply to: [Backend Payments for WooCommerce] Calculate ShippingHey. There are many plugins that will automatically calculate shipping rates for various shipping carriers. I’m not sure which, if any, of them support calculating shipping rates directly from the Edit Order screen. You may have to visit the customer-facing side of your website to use these plugins. You can check out the plugins listed in the WooCommerce Extensions Store.
Our plugin focuses on payment, so I think this feature would be out of scope.

In reply to: [Backend Payments for WooCommerce] Manual payment in frontend pageHey. There is currently no way to use this plugin on the visitor-facing side of your website. The primary purpose of this plugin is to allow staff to process payments from the WordPress Administration Screens. If a staff member is creating an order like a customer, then the usual workflow would be to check out like a customer. If you are interested in this plugin for the other features, such as partial payments, then your staff members will need to access the Administration Screens. You can use plugins such as Adminimize to simplify the Administration Screens.
Hey @blacks01. Sorry, this plugin will not allow you to add payment records without actually charging a card.

In reply to: [Backend Payments for WooCommerce] Pro LinkHey @webgmclassics. The Pro extension is not available yet. Currently, the best way to refund payments made with this plugin is to do so from your payment gateway’s dashboard.
Hey @simon696. Here a few possibilities to check:
- Make sure the plugin is activated.
- Make sure Payments is checked in the Screen Options for the Edit order screen.
- Check your PHP error log.
- Did the issue start after updating a plugin? If so, check if downgrading solves the issue.

In reply to: [Backend Payments for WooCommerce] 3D SecureHey @totemicit. Do you have multiple Stripe accounts? If you do, make sure the API keys in the settings match the account that has MOTO enabled. Note that the MOTO feature is enabled per-account, not per-user.

In reply to: [Backend Payments for WooCommerce] Issue with Auth.netThis plugin has its own settings. Here’s a screenshot of the relevant settings page. I’ve highlighted the important navigational elements and the Client Key field. Let me know how it goes.
