Without knowing specifics, I would wager that you may have been impacted by recent updates to how our payment extension handles address verification. If you upgrade to our latest version and adjust the AVS settings to align with your region, this will likely remedy the situation. In reply to: [GlobalPayments Gateway Provider for WooCommerce] 3DS error on Sandbox@coopersita Please pardon me for using a different screen name outside of the Global Payments login but my name is Rob Erwin and I’m the Product Manager for Global Payments shopping cart plugins. I wanted to ensure you received a response as soon as possible. We are aware of this issue within our sandbox impacting MasterCard 3DS transactions and are working toward releasing a patch to resolve this issue as early as this week. Please know that this issue is only specific to our sandbox environment and does not impact production. Please ensure that the sandbox or live API credentials are entered into the configuration page at WooCommerce > Payments > Settings > Beyond Pay for WooCommerce.
