Added option if you want to display different layout for custom post type in the same author’s archive page.
I was with the same problem here close to hit my head in the wall due to a job deadline.
But I’ve found that you need to put your custom post type to show in author’s archive page.
Here’s the code you need to put in your functions.php file.
