As mentioned previously, I have downgraded Fluent Forms version on live website. I am unable to reproduce the issue on staging website and this exactly is the problem with the latest update. Random errors are appearing at random times without any apparent reason.
I have therefore decided to stay with the old version until I feel confident to update at a later date.

I can confirm that the update has fixed issues and the custom JS is now working.
For email notifications, all my 3 test entries worked. However, as I said earlier, email notifications are not triggered for random entries at random times. I will closely monitor the notifications and report any issues to the support team.

Thanks for the quick response. It is this level of support that makes this plugin awesome. I am hoping that today’s update will fix all issues such as users unable to submit a form.
As mentioned previously, for email notifications, both the General submission log and the API Calls submission log are not generated at all. No failed log, no success log. There’s nothing there. It is happening for random entries at random times. Fluent Forms triggers notifications for say 4 out of 5 but fails for 1. I had shared screenshots with the support team and the last I heard from them is that they have taken up this issue with the development team.
Only reasons for posting on this forum is to alert other users about issues with the latest update and possibly to invite your urgent attention.

I have a similar issue. I was using Bigpond (Australian ISP) to send emails. FluentSMTP suddenly started skipping some emails randomly.
I switched to Gmail, setting it up using ‘Other SMTP’ as a connection provider. Issue still persisted. Tried using Gmail API with ‘Google Workspace’ as a connection provider. Issue is still not resolved.
After trying 3 alternatives, I do not believe the issue is with email service.
Raised a support ticket and waiting for an urgent resolution.
