Well, this is embarrassing. Found out via http://kb.cf7skins.com/javascript-conflict-problems/ that my config.php had disabled CF7 scripts from loading. So all I had to do was change
define(‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, false);
to
define(‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, true);
