Sorry, ignore me, I thought I was in the kPicasa forum…doh!
In the kPicasa Gallery Plugin Options, have you left the “Number of pictures to show per page:” in The Picture List option blank?
Just noticed that it only does this when there are multiple album posts on the same page, i.e the home page.
