I am about to finish site with multiple custom post type, custom taxonomies.
I intensivly use BTF.
It works perfect.
It was easy to do 🙂
How about the font? The current font you are using has bad rendering of latin extended letters. (ąćżźęłó etc.)
Please do something about it.

In my opinion you should call function which uses your caching engine to get img url from CDN and not server. Search in documentation of your cache and use it instead of get_the_post_thumbnail()
