But on account page file : account.php

How I can have 2 columns, It try to add on right this shortcode <?php echo do_shortcode('[ultimatemember form_id="12"]'); ?>

So I try to have 2 columns with this code ‘<div class=”col-12 col-sm-6 col-md-5″> and <div class=”col-12 col-sm-6 col-md-7″>` but doesnt work

Hello, thanks works well on desktop but on mobile there 3 column, and its not display well.

may I can change like this

I make a test with my name, its OK

But its working for all fisrt and last name ? And for all language ? ( my website is in FR/EN/ES/DE/IT/PT )

because of this line : Keep lowercase for these attributes: von, de, duc, d’, da, del, y
