No, and my other custom scripts are loading. I have jQuery version 3.1.1 loaded via enqueue scripts. When does the plugin get loaded? I inspected the source and I can find the css file being loaded but no js files. Thanks in advance.

I was having a similar issue and tried everything. I was working on localhost as well and it was not working. I then tried it on a test live site and the email sent right away with default settings. Gaby if you have a test live site you can try it on I recommend that.
