Nevermind, Updating the plugin to latest version solved the issue.
Alright, I think I made this support topic in haste without going through all the documentation. Loved the extensive docs and explanation of everything.
Using cookies and making the page to reload is how I solved this for now. Using popup close shortcode doesn’t work for links, using span attributes closes the popup but the link doesn’t work.
