Ok, a further update.
when I click on name of the donor associated with the donation I made, and click on the “View User Profile” link, I get a message saying “Invalid User ID. But, in the URL of that page, it states the User ID is 319.
Armed with this knowledge I go to my wordpress users, find the account I was logged in with when i made the donation, and check the url. the User ID is 897
What the hell? no wonder GiveWP has no donation history! it wasn’t even close.
Is this plugin drunk?
Please send help.
Ok I’m back with some updated information.
I thought that the problem may have been rooted in the fact that I was in “Testing Mode”, with this in mind I disabled “Testing Mode”, made sure I was logged into the website with my testing user account and made a small donation.
No luck! The problem I described in my original post is still present, no donation receipt, just the same conflicting messages.
In addition, this time I navigated to the “Donation History” page which displays the message…
“It looks like you haven’t made any donations.”
So, off I trot to my WordPress dashboard to check “donations”, and there plain as day is the completed donation I just made. I also checked my stripe account to make sure it went through, it had. so why is there no donation history?
So now, in the donations list, I click on name of the donor associated with the donation I just made. This brings up the “Edit Donor” page. In the “User ID” section it reads “unregistered” and when I click on the “View User Profile” link, I get a message saying “Invalid User ID”!
Does this mean that even though I was logged in as a user when I donated, GiveWP is not attributing that donation to said user?
If that is the case, help.

Thanks for keeping us informed, much appreciated.
Any thoughts?
I should also add that that even though my back end donation forms page says “Goal Achieved”, on they front end of my site “0% funded” is displayed, see link.

I’m having exactly the same problem, my Goal says “INF% Goal Achieved” Even though only £162.50 of a £1500.00 goal has been met.
