In reply to: Customize link css for targetsThanks, that looks to be exactly what I had seen. ๐

In reply to: Customize link css for targetsI’m not a code geek, I could really care less about it being valid (call me a rebel outcast I suppose). :X Just kinda driving me nuts when I can’t remember where I saw something or what something is etc, or as it seems in this case….imagining something up and swearing it was real. >_<

In reply to: Adding clickable smilies to the post screen. It’s been 3 weeks….is it safe to bump this now?

In reply to: WordPress 1.5 Stats plugin and emoticonsOh it already has that setup for the theme and stuff, I want to get it to work for the wp-stats.php plugin that sits in the root blog dir.
http://www.bebi.r0x0rs.com/blog/wp-stats.php
Right now all it has is “Steph’s Blog” at the top, but I want it to say “Steph’s Blog รยป Stats” when viewing the main stats page, and “Steph’s Blog รยป Username’s Comments” when viewing a user’s comments (http://www.bebi.r0x0rs.com/blog/wp-stats.php?author=Steph). As I can see it in the file (that I linked in my first post) I didn’t see any kind of <title> setup.

In reply to: WordPress 1.5 Stats plugin and emoticonsThanks for that…but it all looks so complicated and foreign to me, I don’t know a thing about php. >_< I’m not even sure where I’m supposed to put it, let alone trying to configure it. Is it just supposed to go somewhere near the top of the php file?

In reply to: Showing post count for archivesWow I must have missed that one and instead found the most complicated thing I could find. >_< Thanks, that fixed it right up. ^_^

In reply to: pages and update timestampI use a plugin to display when I’ve edited a post, it works nicely.

In reply to: Redirect users to their just-posted commentSorry for bumping this old topic, but I figured it’d be better than creating a new one.
I’d like to do this on my blog as well, but I don’t see that line of code in my wp-comments-post.php file. I’m using 1.5.1.3 so I’m assuming this was originally written for an older version? How can I achieve the same thing on the version I’m using? Thanks.

In reply to: Says I’m logged out – when I’m not!Hate to double post…but we found the problem. For some reason clicking on the banner put a www in the url and none of the other pages had it, so I had to add the www into the url settings in the admin > options and it’s all fixed!

In reply to: Says I’m logged out – when I’m not!I just setup a test blog with no plugins installed and it’s the same thing. Thought it might have been because of my theme, which I also installed on the test blog to test it, but it does it on the default theme as well.

In reply to: Says I’m logged out – when I’m not!I’m having the same problem, thought it might have been because of all the plugins I’ve installed but it did this before that. Whenever I click on the header image to return to the index, it logs me out, in fact…it never remembers me as logged in whenever I visit the index. I always have to login..then I go to another page and I’m still logged in, but back to the index and I’m logged out again. The only other page I notice that I get logged out is on my lazy-gallery. I’m using wp 1.5.1.3 with Rin 1.0 and a ton of plugins (info: http://bebi.r0x0rs.com/blog/about-this-blog/).

In reply to: Adding clickable smilies to the post screen.Ok….I got it to show up and be activated (had to edit the commented top part of the php file) but it doesn’t show the smilies, it only shows the bbcode. Clicking in the bbcode inserts the smilie, but is there a way to actually show the smilie and clicking on that inserts the bbcode? (Assuming I messed up somewhere.)

In reply to: Adding post date to recent posts list?Actually, it’s working fine for me. I had a friend modify it so that it shows the date just like I wanted. But that one you pointed out looks a lot more customizable and has more features. Think I’ll check it out. ๐

In reply to: Adding clickable smilies to the post screen.I uploladed both (just incase, the instructions weren’t very helpful)…and I assume it was the plugin. No idea why it won’t show up. I’m using 1.5.1.3.
