I don’t understand. Should I log into the panel over at my hosting site and check the uploads folder there is this something i can do on the WP dashboard?

i am not sure what all that means but here is what i did:
1. installed WP on my computer
2. created a database for my blog files
3. uploaded the files to my host (2mhost)and placed them in a folder called “blog”
4. installed the mistylook theme and imported all my blog posts from http://www.inspiredbybeatriceclay.wordpress.com to my new site http://www.inspiredbybeatriceclay.com via the export/import button in WP dashboard
