It seems that the new version 10.3.1 solved this issue.

I tested already in my Staging environment and everything seems just fine.
Anyway, i’ll wait a few days to update in Prod.

I have the same situation after updating from v.10.2.1 to v.10.3.0.
I was able to see the blocks in the backend but not the blocks in the frontend.
I tested by deactivating other plugins without success.
At the end I decided to restablish a backup with the previous version, and currently I’m able to see all the blocks in my web.
Of course, I’m interesting if is an issue with the latest version in order to update it again.
Hope that maybe someone could help us.
