Thanks for the update! I’d say the only other question I had was that I was wondering if there was a way to set specific sizes for the cover photo/profile photo as well. I noticed that the dimension specifications change based on the window size you have when changing/uploading the images. For example, if you are uploading from a PC, the cover photo dimensions may be listed as 792px width, but then if you’re on a phone then the image width specification is much lower (in my case, 345.6px width). Essentially when you upload on a phone, it allows for a square-ish image, so when you view on a PC, the image is rectangular and cropped, as seen in the images below:

    ^Phone^

    ^PC^

I was wondering if this is something you are working on? I think I saw a thread about it but I can’t remember. Either way, it would be so nice to have a standardized upload size where the image dimensions are preserved throughout all devices.

Again, thank you so much for the update and for reading my post!

Interestingly, I managed to get it to work, and was just coming back to share with others who face the same problem I was dealing with.

The issue was that the site logo block did not give an option to upload an image… It stayed a white square no matter how many times I clicked or right clicked or removed and re-added it, so unfortunately, the “simple process” described by the video did not help lol.

What I did, and I found this by accident, was add a site logo block, also by accident, in the post editor. THAT block did allow me to choose a logo, which changed the site logo setting globally.

I’m still not able to change the site logo using the site logo block in the main editor, but I hope if someone runs into the same problem, they’ll find this post and use the workaround.

Either way, the video didn’t help, but I thank you for trying!
