I have now deleted the jetpack file from wp-content plugins and tried to reinstall it still says:

Plugin install failed.
What am I doing wrong?
Hi, I also got a fatal error trying to change the background of the theme I was installing:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare menu_alter() (previously declared in D:\hosting\10131134\html\wp-content\plugins\jetpack\modules\contact-form\grunion-contact-form.php:754) in D:\hosting\10131134\html\wp-content\plugins\jetpack\modules\contact-form\admin.php on line 16
It doesn’t let me do anything more.
