Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Backend content display issuesHi,
You might be able to get more useful information from the health check plugin below.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
You could also test the theme theory by switching to a default theme to see if there is a change.
Thanks,
Matt
Hi
The above response is correct, there is no way to hide that the plugin is being used.

Hi,
This means your host is likely blocking loopback requests. iThemes Security doesn’t use loopback requests, but it makes the check to identify the loopback IP so Trusted Devices doesn’t block it. If loopbacks aren’t working on the site iThemes Security will still work fine because nothing will be able to successfully make a loopback request.
Hi,
The older versions will not be maintained. We recommend keeping all software up to the most current version as that is the most common cause of security vulnerabilities.
Thanks,
Matt

Can you please post a screenshot of the error you are getting? I was not able to see anything with the link provided.

Hi,
There are no known conflicts with LiteSpeed Cache currently. If you remove the custom code for LiteSpeed from the .htaccess file does it resolve the issue?
Thanks,
Matt
Hi,
That error means that when the File Change Detection was running something went wrong causing the scan to be aborted. Do you have any successful scans in your logs? If you go to Security> Settings> File Change Detection and run the file change, does it finish or error out? If you have successful scans and/or the file change detection scan works in that module this was most likely a temporary scan failure.
Thanks,
Matt
Hi,
The plugin does not have the capability to send you a notification when a plugin has been deactivated. It also does not have the ability to deactivate any other plugins. You may try checking your user logs for more information on how those plugins got deactivated.
Thanks,
Matt
Hi,
The article below will shed more light on this.

Hi,
I just went to the login page listed and did not see a white screen or delay. The article below may help with determining why you are seeing the white screen.
