This is a fantastic plugin but I am having a similar issue here

I ran one quiz successfully. I created a second one and despite taking it several times, no results appear. Also, I have had one report of someone taking the quiz and it ‘failing to load’. They had cookies enabled and were using the most recent versions of chrome and firefox. I have been unable to replicate it however.
I’m using version 2.5.8 and WordPress 3.2.1.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
