Hi @vexico,
Are you referring to the WordPress admin email when you say “user reply to an email i received the email on the admin email of the website” ?
Can you share a screenshot of the configurations you have (edit sensitive info) and more details about what you expected?

Hi there,
I can confirm that one of your subscriptions is approved already, and is showing as “Active” and another one pending. Are you still seeing pending for both?
Hi there @com4muz !
I understand that you are looking to customize the WooCommerce order confirmation emails from your store, is that the case?
We allow for customizations as explained on https://www.mailpoet.com/blog/woocommerce-email-customizer/
Have you tried that?

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Captcha Not WorkingHi @thedetoureffect,
It’s possible that the repeated attempts to sign up with your email address would lead to the system no longer asking for a captcha. It could also be due to various reasons such as browser caching, cookies and sessions, or IP recognition … when the system determines that you are a legitimate user and that you are not a bot.
Since we are unable to replicate it, in your case, this is not a technical problem on the site. You can try deleting the account and try again in private browser or when you are outside, say at a place different from your usual location.
I will also mark this ticket as solved for now, but you can still reply here if you have updates.
Hi @miyagibonsai,
So, if I get it correctly, other subscribers are receiving the newsletter, but your own email is not?
Your welcome emails may not be sent for various reasons. We have a guide here that can help: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/360-troubleshooting-welcome-emails
If other subscribers are receiving the welcome emails, that would mean they are working.
Hi @3dshards,
Is this your first time sending out the newsletter with MailPoet? Which sending method are you sending with?
Did you try anything from this guide: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/146-the-newsletters-are-not-being-received ? If not yet, please do and share more details in case you are still having the issue.
Best!

Hi @graichura,
I’m not aware of a separate shortcode to display current newsletter subscriber status, but let me dig further for you by asking our developers. I do know that it is possible to create a custom shortcode following this guide: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/160-create-a-custom-shortcode
I will keep you posted here. We will also attempt to replicate what you are experiencing and let you know.
Hi
If I understand correctly, you are looking to have the image display like this one (see image)?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/Tsgt7Rif that is the case, have you already added the link to the images with the image block included in the templates? Does the template content have images? The content of the template is what is displayed as a thumbnail.

Hi @naomispirit,
If the list of subscribers is limited to 1000, you can use the free plan. And we have a 20% discount for charity.
Thanks for adding the feature request!
Hi @naomispirit,
The WordPress Users list does count towards the subscriber’s limit in MailPoet if selected. However, the existing users with “Unsubscribed” status are not counted.
Can you double-check that you did not force sync this list by mistake? You can check it out by following this guide:
Thanks!
Hi @vivobook,
My understanding is that the Mailpoet jobs are being triggered by the action scheduler events. But I will check with our developers and keep you posted.
Hi @andrewlakomski,
I don’t think that this is configuration problem – maybe it’s because a customer is not added to proper segment while placing an order
That could be the reason here. Because, a confirmed customer is required:
WooCommerce Automatic emails created with MailPoet will be sent only to “Subscribed” users. If they’re still “Unconfirmed”, the email will be scheduled but not sent until they confirm their subscription via email (if double opt-in is enabled).
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/277-woocommerce-automatic-emails
Also, the emails will be triggered only if the order status is “Processing” or “Completed”.If all others are sending correctly, then we can rule out a configuration or plugin issue.
