In reply to: [WooCommerce] PayPal Payment – “Something went wrong”Hi @patchcad,
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()An internal server error like that doesn’t give us much to go with here. It’s hard to know what possibly could’ve triggered that.
Would you be able to first contact your host to see if they have any logs or information that could provide a clue as to why clicking the PayPal button gives you that error?
Next, to better understand what’s happening, please share your site’s logs too.
First, check to make sure that logs are enabled.
To find the generated logs:
1. Go to
WooCommerce > Status > Logs
2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the PayPal log that you need, then clickviewto load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd
3. Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response, so we can take a look. Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Messages banner issue.Hi @clairedelune,
Thanks for the system status report.
This is usually due to a caching problem on your site.
I recommend you try to clear your browser cache and test it from a different browser to see if the notifications are dismissed.
If you have a second admin account on your site, you log into the different admin account and dismissed the notifications – I know that sounds too basic to be true, but we have seen cases where that fixed it 😊 .
Hi @pmcmahon235,
CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16777248 bytes) in
Based on your site’s logs, your site is trying to do something that uses up more memory than your current PHP memory limit is set to. You can try to increase your memory limit. This link shows you how to do that:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/You can also reach out to your host to help you fix this.
For the error:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: REMOTE_ADDR in /home/downeast/public_html/shop_downeast/wp-content/plugins/hubspot-woocommerce-integration-pro/includes/class-hubwoo-connection-manager.php on line 753This is a PHP notice which seem to be originating from WooCommerce Integration PRO.
I recommend reaching out to the Premium support team for help with that notice.
Please do the same for the Ninja Forms plugin.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Purchase events don’t have a deduplication keyHi @simonbbs,
Does the plugin track that “View Content” event / could the issue with the “View Content” event be the same issue as other users are experiencing with “Purchase events” ?
From the code level, the plugin will send all events via both server (Conversions API) and browser (Browser pixel) with the same event name and event ID. Then Facebook will try to deduplicate identical events sent through the Facebook pixel and the Conversions API.
Your current problem:
ViewContent Event Missing Deduplication parameterIt looks like Facebook is getting duplicate data from the Facebook plugins API and the pixel, which it then cannot deduplicate.
The first thing to check here would be for a conflict between your plugins and/or theme.
- If you are not using the latest version, could you please update the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and see if that helps?
https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/releases - Do you perhaps have the pixel tracking code added to your site more than once? One thing you can check is your site’s header.php in case the code was added there manually.
- If your host does not provide an easy way to set up a staging site, you might want to use something like the WP Staging plugin for this purpose: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
On your staging site, you can try the following conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
Please let us know how this goes!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Woocommerce mobile app sync to facebookHi @radial,
Editing products is expected to work from the mobile app.
As a first step, we can have a look at the Jetpack connection on your site, which is needed for the app to communicate with your site including uploading images.
Since the site you need help with is not listed on the request above, please reconnect Jetpack on your site with these steps: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#reconnecting-jetpack
Test the scenario again after you have reconnected Jetpack. If the behavior persists, please share your site URL in your next reply.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook Event Deduplication IssuesHi @nilewm,
Just in case this helps, we recently changed the login to access your WooCommerce account. We are asking all users to kindly create a WordPress.COM account (or use an existing one), which will replace your current WooCommerce.com login. For more in-depth details, please read our Support document.
Once you connect the accounts, your existing WooCommerce.com history will be there as expected.
Hi @landerop,
Products that are in draft status shouldn’t be synced to Facebook.
To make sure this is indeed consistently happening, please create a new test product as a draft and trigger a manual sync.
Next, go to the Facebook catalog to see if the test product is synced.
Let us know how that goes.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] “Something went wrong when connecting to facebook!”Hi @dblc90,
Thanks for the details. Please make sure you don’t include any sensitive information in your screenshots.
As a next step, please check if the admin accounts on Facebook.com have 2FA enabled.
If you are not sure how to, Facebook support can help you with that.
Let us know how that goes.
@matiasmarchetti, please follow the same instruction above with the latest version and see if that helps.
Best!
Thanks for letting us know. Let’s keep it all-in-one from the open ticket.
If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Pixel not registerting ConversionsHi @ahmedtawfik93,
I see you have 2 other pixel plugins active besides the Facebook for WooCommerce pixel. The pixels are:
- Snapchat Pixel for WooCommerce: by Snapchat – 1.0.0
- Snap Pixel: by Hassan Ali – 1.5.4
It is possible that a conflict is happening somewhere on your site between the 3 pixel plugins. Was this working before and just stopped or it never worked?
Are you able to conflict test this by having only the Facebook for WooCommerce pixel active and test a transaction, then share your findings?
Let us know.
