Unfortunately we’re not able to revolve the info bubble issues and have not received a response from the plugin support. We’ve now removed the plugin because these on-going issues prevent it from being usable on the site.
I’m still having issues with the calendar info bubble appearing at the bottom of the page. I’ve reviewed your troubleshooting steps and have not determined a solution or conflict. Now what? Client is frustrated and recommending we de-install the plugin and move on. We’re using the BeTheme which is well maintained seems quite popular with tens of thousands of installs. Can you offer any other help or suggestions? Thanks!
I am having the same issue with the popup bubbles appearing at that bottom of the page but primarily on desktop browsers (Chrome, FF). It seems somewhat random, sometimes appearing on the day of the grid calendar (as it should) and then at the bottom of the page (as it should not). The plugin seems to work fine, but this popup bubble issue is show stopper if the visitor cannot view the event details or it appears at the bottom of the page, not on the calendar. Any suggestions as to why the popup bubble does not ALWAYS appear above the its parent item in the grid calendar? Thank you.
Is it possible to configure the social share to eliminate the comment fields and just provide the social media icon links? Can you please clarify the options before I purchase the pro version?

I see social sharing is listed in the features. Can you please provide a link to see how it works and what options are available? I clicked through various galleries, but could not get the sharing options to appear after clicking on the sharing bubble. Any help would be appreciated.
