In reply to: [Twenty Eleven] Uploading Header Image errorI asked my host for how he fixed this issue and he kindly responded
in the config file for the website, located at /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/100-plantedtankuk.co.uk.vhost, I added the line:
FcgidMaxRequestLen 1073741824
in the <IfModule mod_fcgid.c> section.
I hope this helps anyone who has an issue with not being able to upload any images
