Thanks for the detailed response. Are you sure you didn’t do anything like stare at the file just right? I tried the settings–>Email Before Download
Then clicked on
“click to ecport the Email Before Dowload log as a .CSV file
And today it worked!!!!

Then clicked on
“click to ecport the Email Before Dowload log as a .CSV file
It did download. But it had even less data showing only the field names of row 1.
IS there anything else you would recommend?
