Resolved by my Hosting company Hosting.com
Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): Headers and client library minor version mismatch. Headers:XXLibrary:XXin /home/________/public_html/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 1988
I have enabled MySQLnd extension from cPanel > Select PHP version and successfully activated WordFence now

You may have Envato Elementor Template but No Elementor Pro.
2nd. The installation may not be complete.
I will suggest you to first inspect the elements on your site and check the same element on theme demo page
This shall help you to understand whats missing.
Also these temeplates depend alot on other plugins so that may also be an issue.
Checking the loaded resources on your site and demo page can also help
