The code on your test page only sets the artist and app_id, so the widget shows the default styling. You can customize it in two ways:
- Use the plugin block. Go to Settings > Bandsintown Events and enter your artist ID and app_id. Then add the “Bandsintown Events” block to your page, select it, and set colors, fonts, buttons and layout in the right-hand sidebar.
- Keep the embed code. Create a styled version in the Widget Builder in your Bandsintown for Artists account, then paste it into a Custom HTML block instead of a paragraph.

Hi Csaba,
Thanks for the detailed report. You’re on 1.4.4, which had a bug where our widget script loaded on every wp-admin page instead of just the plugin’s settings page. That’s what was conflicting with Jetpack’s media library.
This is already fixed in 1.4.5. Please update the plugin and confirm the Image block’s Media Library modal works again. Thank you,

This is resolved. Past shows should now display on your site.
Your follow-up was the useful clue. The issue was a configuration on our side affecting past event access for your site, not a WordPress 7.1 or plugin compatibility problem. That is why the same plugin version behaved differently across sites regardless of WordPress version.
If any other site you manage is still missing past shows, reply with the URL and we will check it.
