Thank you for your answer. Actually I have tried that but it’s not perfect and this gives problem in Woocommerce upsell addon. After doing this then there minimum fixed amount comes but not any field to give custom donation. That’s why this solution is not working for us.
I did some research and found this code ‘How to Hide the “Donation Form Options” Meta Box’ on this URL https://plugintests.com/plugins/wporg/give/tips but when I add this on with Snippt code that also doesn’t work? It changed nothing. I don’t understand why? Can you please explain it and give me some solution or code to hide or remove it.

Thank you for getting back to me. Actually we are not using ‘SMTP’ option in Amelia Notification setting but using ‘Mailgun’ option and have given our Mailgun API. Do you mean we should choose there ‘WP Mail’ instead of ‘Mailgun’? And in your plugin ‘WP Mail SMTP’ we give our Mailgun API?
