Hi jcdmp,
Are you other blogs inside /public_html/?
If so, you’ll need to add excludes to the General Settings such as:
other_blog
another_blogYou may need to exclude some database content yourself though.

It’s probably because you didn’t put anything in the email to say what it was.
I’ve found it though and I think I’ve plugged the problem. Can you try this version?
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wponlinebackup/developers/It’s safe to keep using this version too and it doesn’t generate any log files (it will become 3.0.5 in due time). If we get any other issues we can investigate separately, using a newer log file version if we need to.
