The only way I was able to fix this error was I contacted my host and they fixed the file that was causing this.
I tried, uploading a fresh download, renaming, themes, turning off plugins. In the end my host helped me fix this issue.
Hi, no I tried all of these things, nothing helps.
renaming themes, putting plugins on hold, downloaded a fresh wordpress file and uploaded it. nothing.
