Thanks for the detailed report. The versions and the failing endpoint made this quick to trace.

Some background first. WooCommerce Shipping allows five origin addresses per store as a safety measure. We have reviewed your store and your shipping history and have lifted the cap on your site. Please try adding your Wyoming address now.

On your other questions:

1. Deleting addresses. You can do this yourself. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce Shipping. Every entry in the Origin addresses list has a Delete action next to Edit. Three cannot be deleted: your default origin address, your default return address and the last remaining address. If you need to remove one of those, set a different address as the default first.
2. Whether deleting frees up room. Deleting an address removes it from your store settings, but it does not release a slot against the limit. That is a rough edge and I have raised it with the team.
3. Reusing an address you have used before. Adding back an address your store has already used does not count as a new one, so returning to your permanent location never costs you a slot. Only genuinely new addresses count. If you revisit the same places, that works in your favour.
4. Increasing the limit. Yes, and that is what we have done here. It is a manual step at the moment, so contacting support is the right route.
5. The UPS error. The missing_upsdap_terms_of_service_acceptance code in your log is related but separate. UPS Terms and Conditions are accepted per origin address rather than per store, so a brand new origin has no acceptance on file yet. Because the address itself could not be saved, the upsdap request had nothing to work against and failed. Once the new address saves, complete the UPS terms step for it and that error should clear.

Let us know if anything still fails once the new address is in. Please include the same version and endpoint details if it does. They were genuinely useful.
