It’s an updated version of the theme, so perhaps that’s the issue.

I’ve applied the code you provided above, and for some reason there’s no vertical space between the thumbnails.
I’m running the latest version of wordpress with the 3.3.4 version of WPP.
The code you provided worked on previous versions of wordpress and WPP. What should I do differently on the newer versions?

Please bear with me I’m not a real developer and am still learning about WordPress and all, but in the message you said, “Make sure you copy the modified wpp.css file into your theme’s folder to preserve these modifications across plugin updates, otherwise the next time you upgrade WPP all of these changes will be lost and you’ll have to reapply them.”
Where would I find my “theme’s folder”? On my host’s server? Or, within the WordPress admin panel.

So, I need a better zip file extractor than windows. OK
Aside from that though, the backup size is very small at 223K. When I go into cpanel and look at the SQL DB it’s 5.l M.
This backup from iThemes Security looks like it’s not much of a backup. How do I get a real backup?
