No, we are not using BP Better Message, we are just using the standard built in BuddyPress messaging. I will create a new topic since it appears you’ll be closing out the originally-reported issue on this thread soon.

Forgive my ignorance, but I don’t follow your statement of “You can manually add users in the admin dashboard by going to the single forum.” I see no place whatsoever to subscribe a member to a forum unless I “View As” them, which for hundreds of people will take hours. Could you provide an example url that would show the path to where you’re referring to so I can try to see if that’s available within our deployment? Thanks for any advice.
