I’m having the same issue one one of three blogs I have installed this plugin on. All three of the blogs are on the same server – not sure why only this one blog is having the issue.

Ended up doing it using this template: http://www.keyframesandcode.com/code/development/php/wordpress/wordpress-template-page-redirect/

Not sure if there is a better way of doing it or not.

How do I hard code the static front page to redirect?
