I have also same problem. I have created new translated to arabic language. But custom messages, for example, “chat with us”, or “None of our operators are available at the moment. Please, try again later.” stay still in english.
I am using WPML plugin for multilanguage and YITH Live Chat Premium version of the plugin.

I have included wp_head and Wp_footer too. I have jquery version 1.11.1.
But still, Uncaught TypeError: $(…).ylc is not a function error appearing…
