I deactivated everything, and tried it again, without success.
I’m using the default 2014 theme at the moment, with only some small colour changes.

This is still happening.

Yes. The options.php file is still there. I can also access the All Settings page at the same URL. Clicking Save Changes on that page also gives the exact same result.

Oh, can this also affect all the link hover colours.
Basically, I’m trying to remove all the green and put other colours there instead.

Awesome. That seems to have done the trick.
One last thing on the same issue. There is a search icon in the theme, which brings up a collapsible search bar. What would I use to change this colour?
