tried to reload the includes and admin directories to no avail. i still get empty JS pop-ups, and a download/file save as dialog whenever i hit a button that brings a popup in the visual editor toolbar.
funnily enough, the upload/insert buttons used to be having the same problem, but have miraculously stopped behaving this way.
the problem is also cross-browser, affecting firefox and chrome. oddly, IE is unaffected. any ideas?

yes. i have a feeling the page isn’t being parsed right, since the error occurs at line 1 [call to get_header()]
What kind of errors does it show?
