The issue has now been resolved.
The email field slug in my form was:
enter-email-address
Initially, I changed the setting from:
{user_email}
to:
{form:email}
However, the auto-reply email was still not delivered.
After checking the Field Slug in the Email field’s Advanced Settings, I changed the Send Email To value to:
{form:enter-email-address}
and the auto-reply email was delivered successfully.
Both the administrator notification email and the user auto-reply email are now working correctly.
Thank you for pointing me to the Field Slug setting. That helped identify the cause.
