as I mentioned I dont have any plugin installed and I changed the Theme to Twenty but the issue is not solved yet

just a little update !
the Custom Structure only works with “/index.php/%postname%/”
αηd with “%postname%/” I get 404 Error

here is what I did, Enabled the mod_rewrite,
and changed the Permalink to Plain, then everything is working fine, but with “Post name” I get the 404 Not Found error.
