I am unclear even with the documentation as to how editing the theme tags will change the order in the front end.
It changes the formatting, yes. But not the order.
Please help.Also, regarding changing strings, is there any other way which would not be affected by updates?

This did not affect the admin bar.
I hope we are on the same page regarding the problem.
The entire admin bar disappears.
Without changing any settings, if I click on save settings in WP-optimize’s cache or minify settings page, the admin bar comes back. But disappears again in a few minutes.
Even if I select disable minify for logged in users, issue still happens.
