Making this change fixes it for me.
Is there anyway to have a permanent fix?Else every time I update the plugin the menus would break.

Yes, sorry, I meant v1.10.3
I am using an admin theme in the backend.
The only plugin I updated was admin menu editor to v1.10.3

Thank you for getting back to me.I tried this. I entered the right details, and clicked on create.
I just got redirected to the same page.
This URL: /admin.php?page=aal_add_contextual_unit
Became this URL: /admin.php?page=aal_add_contextual_unit&field_errors=1&confirmation=redirectBut there was no error message, and no missing fields.
I even tried making WP_debug, true; and didn’t notice any plugin related issues.(Note: I am on Php 7.3)
Please advise.

I figured out that the issue was due to this plugin:

1. Open Chrome Dev Tools on /admin.php?page=speedguard_tests (CTRL+Shift+I). Find Console Tab. Are there any errors there?
