Yes i have followed the test. it still the same. Isnt it possible for you to look into the admin panel and find the cause? its been months now im facing this.
Hey, please read the entire tread. my query isnt resolved . im still facing issue everyday wherein my orders placed gets automatically changed to pending payment after few hours. its screenshot i have added above in the thread. if the payment is already done. the transaction is successful. why does the order status change on its own? after payment successful it changes to pending payment on its own within few hours. for eg if order 10 orders are placed today. nearly 6 orders random basis they become pending payment in few hours. there is a serious issue in wordpress which is been since months now. and its still the same everyday. Please help me on this .

from prcoessing to pending payment it is happening on its own. please check the reason for the same
after its shwoing processing. we dont manually change the order status. this is happening on its own. for example we have 10 orders throughout the day. automatically 4 orders status change to cancelled at 10pm roughhly at night. next morning when we see all 4 show cancelled. it isnt something we do. and then in the morning we change the status from cancelled to processing
we havent doing anything manually. the processing orders placed even at 7pm by 10pm they show automatically cancelled. it isnt something done by us. this is happening on its own. we arent doing anything manually. when at 10pm we check the order payment has come but shown cancelled on the website we then change it manually to processing. please help with this.
