I forgot to specify that the PDF file is not generated

Thank you for this answer, i will check if it is or not the good plugin, but you must be right, sorry .. The good plugin name is : ‘Invoices for WooCommerce’

Hi,
The version is 3.1.4.

and no, I mean (in French) ‘Réinitialiser le compteur de factures’ just after the type choice (sequential number)

I could send you a screen capture, but how 🙂

PS : All was ok before I changed the Prefix (‘CW’ instead of ‘WBC’)
