1. You can show picture title in the thumbnails and description in the lightbox. There is no option to have a link as desired. You can submit that idea here

Thank you for the response.
You can insert the gallery via Elementor as well.
Just make sure you choose a new gallery for each new page.You can generate a shortcode in the gallery global settings.
Please check this recordingGenerate a new short code for every new gallery and place it in the desired page.
