Hi there,
i have exaclty the same problem.
All the anwsers are wrong, even if they are correct.
The only plugin i have installed is Sensei LMS, nothing more. I installed it on a new and clean installation of wordpress.

WP version is 5.92
Sensei LMS is 4.1.1
Language is German

Ok … i found out, that it is not an issue ad rhe slider. Sorry!!!

Additional info: In Lazyload mode the cover frame is displayed correct, but if you press play it switches back as seen in rhe screenshot above.
