Yes it is. I was surprised that it wasn’t easier to find this bug online but with you confirming that it was a chrome bug I was able to find it http://wptavern.com/a-bug-in-chrome-45-causes-wordpress-admin-menu-to-break

edit: I noticed the problem only arises when the window is too small. If I have my window in full screen I can see everything, but if I shrink my window, content is lost.
