Need Following requirment
Ecommerce site with Store logins
– Standard Ecommerce site with Products added
– Products will have stocks added by Site Admin
– There will be Store Logins and Admin will allocate some Product Stocks to these stores.
– If customer buys from website directly then stock of Site Admin will reduce
– If customer go physically to Store, then Store User will login and place his orderand Stock will reduce from Store Login
– Store User will sell products at Retail rates and for each sale certain commission will be received .

ya i know it but i think they not support inventory management for different vendor using same product
