Update: turned out my theme Edumall is creating this issue.

Yes. I was able to clear it by replacing the album ID with one which is not having any image less than 300×300 px. Any image less than 300px will be taken as thumbnail. In that case, URL in “url_z” (which shows main image) will be empty & display error.
