Is it possible to send message and email to customer with pdf attachment once i submit the form
How can i give particular number of slots in that selected time slot for example if the time period is 10:00 – 12:00 and i need to give only 10 slots in that time if that time slots completes then it should be disabled.No other user can select that time slots.
Is it possible that user can select only one slot if he selects the second slot then the first slot which we selected already should be deselected.
I am unable to see the form in my page .This is the form page http://dfstagingserver.com/barcouncil/booking-form/
So i cant change the that size now to 233*252

It is taking the width 120*120 which is thumbnail but i need the image as medium size which is 233*252 how can i change that
