  • Can you please tell us what activity or communication you are getting from us that you wish to unsubscribe to? We’ll also need to know the email address you used when you signed up. We’ll be happy to remove you from whatever that list is.

    It might help to understand that we do not automatically cancel a publisher’s account when they uninstall the plugin because sometimes people uninstall the plugin temporarily and then want to reinstall later. There are a few different services associated with your email address, so it is possible to unsubscribe from one of them and not all of them.
