gf_left_third , gf_middle_third . and gf_right_third . All three fields should be on the same line.

In this form Checking Date 1, Checking Date 2, Checking Date 3, Checking Date 4 should appear on one line. They are set to:
gf_first_quarter , gf_second_quarter_ gf_third_quarter , gf_fourth_quarter .
I can mix and match 1/3, 1/3, & 1/4 to produce a “full width” line without it breaking and sending the last field to the next line.
