Please ensure that multiple pricing rules have not been applied to a product. It is not possible to apply multiple pricing rules to a product.
Also, verify that the product does not have a sale price in WooCommerce.
If you wish to apply a discount to the regular price of the products, you can follow the instructions below:
– Navigate to the plugin settings, then go to the general tab and locate the product pricing section.
– Set “Product Base Price” to match the “Product price”.
– Set “On-Sale Products Price” to match the “Regular price”.
– Save your changes.
In case the above tips can not help you, make sure that other plugin doesn’t apply a discount on the product. You can deactivate other plugins and try again. If it works fine this time activate other plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes this issue.
I hope this information proves helpful.

To achieve this, please utilize a Bulk Pricing rule. Within the Bulk Pricing rule, set the “Quantity based on” to “Sum of all products quantities” and save your changes. You can try it on our demo website.
In case the above tip can not help you please provide us with a full-page screenshot of the rule.
I trust this information is helpful.

In reply to: [Product Bundle Builder for WooCommerce] Plugin Crashing StoreThe error message you provided is incomplete, making it difficult to identify the plugin causing the issue on your website.
The plugin functions properly on over 1000 websites without any memory problems. You can also test it on our demo website.
To troubleshoot the issue, try deactivating other plugins and only keep WooCommerce + the Product Bundle plugin enabled. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the other plugins one by one to pinpoint the problematic one.
Additionally, you can generate the error message by following these steps:
- Enable debugging on your website as explained in the previous messages.
Add the following lines to your wp-config file to enable debugging:

- Replicate the process that triggers the error on your site, then review the debug.log file for detailed error messages. Please send us the complete error messages for further assistance.

Based on the product link you provided, it seems that you have set the product’s base price to “$28” in the General tab of the product configuration. This setting is causing the product price to remain at “$28” even after deleting optional bundle items. If you wish to set the product bundle base price to “$10”, you should update it to “10” in the General tab of the product configuration.
If the suggestion above does not resolve your issue, please share the following information with us so we can investigate further:
- Screenshots of the product configuration, specifically the General tab for price configuration and items configuration.
We will replicate the same product to conduct testing.
I hope this information is helpful.
Best Regards
Please provide us with the following information so we can review it:
- Screenshots of your product configuration, including the general tab if you are using the main product price. Screenshots of item configurations are also required.
- A screenshot of the plugin settings page.
- The pricing details, including the current price and the valid price.
- A link to the product page on your website.

In reply to: [Product Bundle Builder for WooCommerce] Change price and point placementHello @madsenfc,
Thank you for selecting our plugin.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The plugin utilizes the following CSS selector to locate the price on the product page and update it. You have the option to modify this selector in the plugin settings under the “Product price selector” option:
“.product .summary .price”Unfortunately, the plugin does not currently offer a price formatting feature of this nature. However, we will take your suggestion into account for future updates.
I hope this information is helpful to you.

Hi @sberger1970

The plugin shows the quantity table on the product page.
It doesn’t have a feature to show the quantity table on the archive page, however you can use the below shortcode to show the quantity table where you need.
[wccs_bulk_table] To show the bulk pricing table on the product page.
[wccs_bulk_table product_id=”1″] Replace the product_id value with the product ID that you would like to show its table.I hope it helps.
Best Regards
No, you cannot use a value of 0 for the quantity field. Instead, you should utilize an optional item that is available in the pro version of the plugin. You can view an example here.
I trust this information is helpful.

In reply to: [Product Bundle Builder for WooCommerce] Products are not displayedHi @lassek
Thank you for selecting our plugin.
Actually it is not related to the browser. Maybe it is a cache issue on your website or maybe there is javascript issue on your website.
Make sure that WP Rest API is not cached with your cache plugin.
To test it you can deactivate any cache plugin then clear the browser cache (CTRL + SHIFT + R) then try again.
I hope it helps.
